Other water tanks among the top 12 finalists for 2019 are in Campbell, Mo.; West Palm Beach, Fla.; Columbus, Ohio; Farmers Branch, Texas; Camden, Ala.; Clinton, Miss.; Sammamish, Wash.; Apple Valley, Calif.; Gulf Breeze, Fla.; Punxsutawney, Pa.; and Maxville, Ontario, Canada.
